Our calls will be between 90 minutes to 2 hours long each week. It will be broken down into an hour long transmission and sharing plus a one hour somatic journey.

Of course, it would be amazing if you could receive this work live and online. But... there is no need to worry if you can't make a call, as these will all be recorded and uploaded to a membership portal for your access at anytime.

NO. Every women is welcome and there is no experiences necessary. This container is designed to be supportive for every women, no matter what part of their journey they are on. This will however, be a deep dive into your healing and beyond so just be prepared to witness alot within yourself during this time.

There are no refunds available once you have committed to this space. This container is limited to ten women only and is closed once we have begun.

The "somatic practice" refers to the exercises we will be utilising to support the release of emotional and muscular tension held in the body. We will be combining the breath with movement and spinal energetics to help the body release and unwind all that is not in alignment. These practices enable energy to flow more freely through the body as well as promote more harmony and balance overall.

We will have an active group chat plus one on one time with me if needed. You will also have access to an integration booklet filled with tools to support you during your journey.
